Premifold – Sliding Windows
You can’t beat clear views through the windows in your home. Standard casement windows often obstruct your view due to their plastic mullions and transoms. However, folding windows allow you to see out without obstruction, making you feel as though your home is connected with the outside, further helped by increased airflow. A modern design and economic choice which is also easy to clean; folding windows are an obvious addition to the Earls Court home.
At Your Price Windows, we’re making Kommerling’s pioneering Premifold windows at our Mitcham Factory. When open, no plastic is visible, allowing for untainted views out. Using ‘slide and swing’ physics, the folding windows are far easier to open and close. Of equal importance, Premifold technology is PAS 24 certified, resulting in extra protection against intruders.

How does PremiFold work?
Just like our PremiFold doors, your windows will be made up of multiple panes, each of which will move independently of the others: sliding effortlessly to the edge of the uPVC frame and then folding back on itself, forming a neat stack of panes at either end of your window frame. With PremiFold windows, you can choose how many panes to tuck away, allowing you to easily manage the levels of natural light and fresh air. Our PremiFold windows are tailored to your property
The beauty of PremiFold windows is that there are a number of possible options and configurations for the technology. You can choose a ‘tilt and turn’ lead window if you want, or have fanlights installed above the system. Designed using our existing C70 and O70 Gold® profiles, PremiFold windows can be fully customised to suit your needs, whether you want double or triple glazing, or a particular number of panes (up to six metres).
As with all our windows and doors, the finish of the uPVC is completely up to you. We offer more than 40 different colours and woodgrains for your windows, from white and mahogany to golden oak and black foil. If you’d like a different colour on the inside and outside of your frames, that can easily be arranged. We’re even working on a new metallic-looking PVC that will enable us to create an effect that’s just like aluminium!
