Improved Finishes
We want to produce the highest quality uPVC windows, so using a transom cleaner has raised our standards even higher. The machine automatically recognises the profile it’s working with and has 12 tool places to support production efficiency alongside a disk for contour milling. These advanced characteristics mean the machine has an automated function which cleans everything from the cross welds and transoms to outer and inner corners, gasket drilling and all the visible surfaces of our uPVC window frames and sashes. This creates a much cleaner and accurate finish, enhancing the look and function of the windows. In fact, our customers have already been commenting on the vast improvement on our frames!
Faster Production Times
Thanks to the level of automation the transom cleaner has added to the manufacturing process, it’s sped up the production time required to create our frames. This is in addition to our existing express delivery option, including our emergency 48-hour service for windows and doors. Unlike many other suppliers, we have our own factory, so we can produce uPVC windows and doors in just five days. We also offer an impressive 7-day turnaround for our range of bifolds, coming in shades such as Anthracite Grey, Hipca White and Jet Black. Our faster turnarounds are also great news for our trade customers who often have tight deadlines to adhere to.
