However, it’s not always standard shapes that are required. We can also provide completely bespoke windows which is what was requested for this project at a Lewisham property in South London.
The Project – A Bespoke Window Installation
The project brief was to supply and install a round window. Standard products often have a fast turnaround with express delivery options available for some windows and doors. However, for more unusual, custom-made products, the time will be longer. The customer was informed prior to the site surveys that the lead time for a bespoke round window was 4 to 6 weeks. They were happy to proceed.
We carried out two site surveys to allow us to determine the final dimensions required for the window. From here, we created a template of the round window design and sent it to our specialist fabricator so that the Your Price Express team would be able to install the product on time.
The Results – A Rosewood & White Design
As you can see from the project images, a round window was designed in rosewood and white which fits in perfectly with this South London property. We carried out the installation on schedule on 20/11/18.
Our customer’s client was extremely pleased with the finished product, as well as the fact our estimated fitted times were adhered to exactly.
