Sometimes installations we undertake are simple, whereas others can be incredibly complex if we have to work at height or there is limited access to the site. The Project – A Challenging Installation
We undertook this project at a beautiful home by the River Thames. Our client wished to have a new front door installed, as well as bifolding doors, windows and roof lanterns. It’s vital that we plan all installations thoroughly, and this one would be a challenge.
There’s no side entrance to the property and no parking available, so we needed to have a meticulous plan in place to ensure the project went smoothly from start to finish. We started by having all the products delivered on a Sunday, and even our installers’ tools were taken to the site on the same day, ready for the installation to begin.
The Results – Beautiful New Windows, Doors & Roof Lanterns
We completed the installation as methodically as possible. For example, when removing the old windows from the rear of the building, the new rooflights were lifted through the old openings, giving our expert team the access they required. Overall, we fitted a new front door, 5-pane Origin bifolds, vertical sliding windows and roof lanterns at this Kew home.
