Sprout Up Office at the Hampton Court Flower Show
We know how efficiency and reliability are both very important when looking for a window supplier. Having our own factory means we’re often able to produce fast turnarounds on new windows and doors for our clients.
For this next project, we were asked to place an urgent order for our customer, Sprout Up Office at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show.
The Project – Urgent French Door & Window Order
In June, we were contacted by our client to place an emergency window order. Frustratingly, they’d been let down by their previous supplier, needing a fast turnaround for the delivery of two new windows and a French door. As this was required for the flower show based at Hampton Court Royal Horticultural show in Kingston Gate, they were on a tight schedule. Without these items, our client would be unable to present their exhibit at the show.
We were given the specific date and strict times for delivery access to the show areas, so we needed to act fast. We sent the factory the order on 14th June (Friday), and the new windows and door were made within three working days, with the delivery date set for 18th June (Tuesday).
The Results – Fast Delivery
Our team put our efficient processes into practice, ensuring the order was placed in a timely fashion and that everything was done to secure a quick delivery. We adhered to all the date and time restrictions we were provided with, delivering the new windows and French door set just a few days after the original order was sent to the factory.
